I hired Robert on a telephone conversation, before I read his reviews. My wife scolded me for not having a contract. I had the strong sense that all would be well. The following morning he showed and did the installation, no BS, very professional with evident pride in workmanship. The cost of the job was much lower than our last estimate. Iâ ve got him in my contacts!

In the middle of a massive rain and wind storm, Bob was the first to reach out when my wife and I were looking to get an emergency quote for a new water heater. Our old one had broken overnight, and had partially flooded our basement. He told us he could come out to our house, confirm the issue, and give us a quote - and said he wouldnâ t charge us for the visit if we decided not to hire him. After chatting with Bob for several minutes, his experience in (and knowledge of) the field assured us that he would get the job done hassle-free, promptly, and professionally - and he did just that. We hired Bob on the spot, as he had the correct sized water heater already in his vehicle, and he was ready and willing to get to work right away. He got the job done quickly and did an outstanding job. We felt confident that his work was top-notch, and he continuously made us feel confident that we made a great choice in hiring him. Bob was friendly and polite. He cleaned up any mess that was made during the install. He also encouraged us to call him back should we have any issues with the work he had done - which showed us that he also stands by his work. He was prompt, polite, and reasonably priced for a true professional. We would certainly recommend him and his work to anyone needing to install a new water heater.

Robert was great! He recommended a premium stainless steel indirect water heater with great warranty and did an excellent job on the install. I highly recommend Robert for professional plumbing work!

Very professional and knew what he was doing

Robert Johnson knows his plumbing. He had to reconfigure pipes to get the heater to fit in the small space and did a FANTASTIC JOB! He fixed our main water shutoff as well. He was available to answer all our questions before doing the work and walked through everything he did to make sure we were satisfied with his work before e left. Would hire him again in a minute and recommend him to friends and family.

Very prompt response to my query, excellent with communication and keeping me appraised of scheduling. Had to move a washer/dryer combo to reach the water heater, and disconnect PVC from washer pan to water heater pan and reinstalled everything. Got right to work and very knowledgeable and sure about his every move. There was no water leaked on my floors and all rubbish was removed. Also very personable. Excellent experience.
