Robert Johnson Plumbing

With over a dozen rental properties in the Merrimack area I deal with contractors continually. Robert Johnson Plumbing is new to me but so far I have to rate him in the top 5% of all my technicians. Last Saturday I had a water heater fail and not only did Robert ("Bob") immediately respond to my call for help, he had it replaced before noon on Monday. Before the install, he took the time to discuss options and pricing. Very fair and most importantly I trust him. The next day he replaced a faucet that a competitor was going to overcharge me. So far, so great. Thanks Bob!

Robert was simply amazing. I really canâ t say enough good things about his professionalism, speed or results. Our water heater busted and 5 days without hot water as a paramedic during covid, was difficult. We also have a young child. We were getting desperate. Robert was prompt in response he got back to me so quickly. He was at my house within an hour after we spoke and we had hot water 3 hours later! His price was affordable for us as money is very tight. He even texted me, knowing I had to manage all this while on shift, with a picture of the finished product. I can not say Thankyou enough for being able to come home the next morning to a hot shower and functioning washing machine. He will be the first person I recommend to friends, family, coworkers and random strangers. Again THANK YOU.

Good price. Easy to work with had to reschedule without issue. He found non potable water pipe going to my old water and replaced it. Showed up when he said he would. Would definitely recommend.

Robert replaced our gas fired power vented water heater. If you need a water heater replacement, I don't think you can find a better source in the Nashua area.

Robert is a true professional, who takes pride in his work. Robert has already done 2 projects at our home, and getting ready for a 3rd. He answers the phone and returns calls. My water heater started leaking so I posted a job request on HomeAdvisor. Robert was first to answer, asked me details and pics of the old heater, gave me a quote and offered to do the job the same day. Showed up in time, completed the installation fast and clean, The workmanship is a high quality, from what I can tell as an experienced home improvement DIY enthusiast. I needed to get it done fast, so I didn't wait for other contractors quotes, but then I spoke to friends who had the same repaid done recently, and the price seems competitive.

Spoke with Robert last week on Thursday.. sent him couple pics of my existing water heater. He quoted me on the job. We talked a bit, made some adjustments to the job and agreed on a price. Work was scheduled for Monday. He came on time, worked quickly, cleaned up and removed the old tank. It's been running for a week without any issues. I'm happy with the job and would hire him again and recommend him to friends without issue.

After receiving a ridiculous quote on a new hot water heater from another plumber I used Home Advisor which had two local plumbers, one was Robert. He called within 5 minutes, came over same day, provided a few options and we came to an agreement on price and shook on it. Robert showed up next day on time and completed the replacement in under 2 hours, carrying away the old heater. Now I have a plumber I can call on for any future needs. Thanks Robert!

Robert did an excellent job for me. He started the job on time. Was very professional. Did at a reasonable cost and the quality was excellent. Cleaned up after he was done. I am a mechanical engineer and can tell if someone is not truefull. I would hire him again.

I just moved in to my condo an had a major issue with my hot water heater. Rob quoted me the base price and said he was able to do it on that Monday since i was out of of state. He arrived on time and looked over everything and realized the issue was a little worse than expected. He discussed what he needed to do and the price adjustment for the extra work and time which was not at all unreasonable. I was glad he did it correctly and showed me after why he needed to make the correction. He took his time, explained everything after and made me feel comfortable knowing that he is there and to call him if any issues or concerns. My condo is on the third floor too with no elevator!

Rob called me early in the morning after I contacted and showed up to look at the work that needs to be completed. Provided the quote and finished the job by afternoon. Very pleased with the work he done. Will definitely consider for my next projects if needed and highly recommended.

Robert installed a new kitchen faucet and now I have hot water with good water pressure again. I would hire him again. That is the best compliment I could give anyone now a days. Thank you, again, Robert!!

Bob was a pleasure to work with! He was here on time, installed a new water heater, kitchen sink, and faucet. He had to carry everything to the 3rd floor. He is a very hard worker and does quality work for a fair price. Highly recommended!

Robert answered promptly - was EXTREMELY transparent and honest with me regarding cost. He was able to get the necessary parts and came over same day. He completed the work promptly and I was blown away by the clean up job, even washed down the stone patio where some rusty water spilled out of the old tank. Highly recommend Robert
