Robert called us back within minutes and was able to help us the nest day. He helped us with our leaking hot water tank. He had it replaced within no time and cleaned up everything. He explained everything to us. He was on time, friendly and extremely helpful, and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend him for anything you may need..

I had a great service with Robert Johnson Plumbing. Would highly recommend him for his professional services. Quick response within 10 mins. Robert showed up at my residence within 50 mins after I got of the phone with him. He is very knowledgeable, we can see that he knows what he is doing. I needed a gas hot water tank changed that day and he made it happen. He did the work himself. Robert gave me a free estimate and I agreed right away. He thinks about trying to make you save money, first. That’s very rare these days. I will use him in my future projects or repairs.

Our water heater literally failed and started gushing water out of the top as we left the house at 6 30 am. Thank God we were home out this could have been so bad since we did not have an auto shut off feature. I called a few places and everyone couldn’t get her to help. Robert called me after I received a quote on Angie’s and was in my house in 30 minutes with a new water heater installed by 11:am with an automatic shut off valve. Thank you for turning what could have been a potentially very stressful issue into a non event. Fantastic price to boot. Use him if you have any water heater issues ( that’s all he does) you won’t regret it.

My water heater failed and leaked in my basement on March 19th, 2024. I went on Angis list on March 20th and we paired with Robert. He was in the area and came by within the hour to see what the problem was. When Robert came by, he was very professional and knowledgeable. I needed a new water heater and he explained why. He went over pricing and what future maintenance. Once agreeing to the price he got started replacing the unit right away. You can tell he loves what he does and wants to help and inform people rather than take money and leave. He taught me thing about my new heater. Is anyone has any issues with their water heater, I would HIGHLY recommend Robert. He is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and takes pride in the work he does. Thanks Robert!

Robert came to my house to give me an estimate which I accepted then went to work immediately. 5 hours later he was finished with the water heater install but stayed another 2 hours to make sure the air was purged from my heating system. Job well done!
