I will never use another plumber. We contacted Robert Johnson plumbing at 1pm to have a hot water heater replaced. He came out, gave a us a quote, and completed the job same day. You won’t find a more honest and reliable plumber. I wish I’d found him years ago.

The bad luck was our hot water heater failing in the dead of winter, my good luck was finding Robert Johnson on this app. I called the number given and Ribert answered personally. After he answered all of my questions regarding brand and fair pricing and longevity; he then responded to our home on short notice to begin work installing the new HWH immediately. It has been a week and is performing very nicely for us so far. He also took the old one away. Robert assured us of free fix-it labor should we find any problem with the installation that he did, or should anything go wrong with the HWH itself in the first two years; he said none of his customers have ever had to call him back on that accord, so he must be doing a good job with the installs, and I'm sure this is the case. A genuinely good guy who happens to be an expert in doing this work. Highly recommended.

We found our water heating leaking and called Robert. Robert understood the urgency and reached home within 15 minutes. He removed our old water heater and put in a new one. On our request, he also moved the new water heater to a corner to maximize the basement space. Robert did all this for a very reasonable price. We recently had Robert replace our older water heater that wasn’t failing yet but we decided to do it before it became an emergency. We took bids from three contractors and Robert came in a little lower than the other two and had the experience to lend us confidence that he’d do quality work. A couple things that stood out about him was that he was pleasantly persistent but not pushy and sent us photos of past jobs. He asked for and earned our business in a very professional manner, did great work and at a price that made sense for our budget. Highly recommended!

I woke up the other day to no hot water, raced down into the basement and saw my water heater leaking onto the floor. I called Robert and he offered to come over right away and replace the tank even though he had planned to take the day off. I also had him install a safety shutoff to protect me from the next leak since my basement is finished, and it would have been catastrophic if we were not in the home to catch this leak. Feel some peace of mind now. He replaced all the components including the drain pan and performed all the work neatly and professionally. I plan to use him in the future.

Plumbers can be difficult to hire sometimes. Robert answered my call immediately, came to evaluate the job and did the work the very next day. His workmanship is excellent. I will use him again and will recommend to anyone that is looking for a reliable plumber. I give him 6 stars if possible.
