So many in-home plumbers, electrician, in-home workers generally. take so long to respond to an inquiry which I find frustrating. But Robert Johnson responded promptly. And was professional and responsive.throughout. He installed a 50 tank perfectly and then tried to replace a leaky sprayer o our kitchen sink.. The hose wasnâ  t compatible with the existing faucet but he spent considerable time trying to interchange the parts so he could make ie work.- he didnâ  t charge for that but is coming back to install a new kitchen faucet. I wouldnâ  t hesitate to call him again and would recommend him to friends and family

Robert was quick to respond to my inquiry for the project. Once he got the site, he even found flaws in the previous installations and made sure that everything was corrected and up to code before finishing the job. He is very flexible with the schedule and shows up at the time you settle on.

Robert Johnson came punctually on the next day after he inspected the work to be done. He brought the new heater, and installed it, with the new additional devices as required by the code. After the installation, he checked all the water systems in the house, flushed and cleaned faucets, His work was meticulous, complete, and very clean. I am extremely satisfied with his work.

I called Robert because my neighbor used him last year and said he was excellent. He picked up the phone right away and was able to come and replace my water heater the next morning. He brought the water heater over on the same day I spoke with him. Very professional and knowledgeable. Quick efficient and gets the job done. One of my smoke detectors went off that afternoon and I thought it may have something to do with the install but it was a fluke. Fire department came over and said the install was perfect. I would recommend this company all day long. He's a very friendly and polite person to boot.
