Bob was as excellent as you can get! His quality and value of work was beyond expectation!! I can see why he is so highly rated. If the scale went to 10 he would be an 11. I am so glad I had him do my work and I will continue to work with him going forward. No one else.

Bob arrived ahead of schedule was professional, pleasant, and competent. The water heater replacement took about 2 hours; everything went smoothly, the needed change in piping even looked great. Finding competent contractors is very difficult. Bob met and exceeded all expectations. I would not hesitate to hire again or recommend highly to anyone needing his services

All the bids were much higher than I had expected. They ranged from 3500 to 2000 for the very same work - and very same product, I went with the least expensive - mostly because of it being the least expensive but also because he treated me as a person not just a number. Robert showed up when he said he would and did the job in a professional manner and even came back two days later just to check on things and make a little tweak to the water temperature. Yes I would hire him again - however, hopefully not - because pretty much he really just does water heaters and meters.....and yes as was mentioned in another review his price was less than 2/3 the estimate from the other plumbers....
