He had a small glitch with his supplier but was very diligent in finding a solution and ensuring my satisfaction before he left. Comparably his pricing was quite a bit lower then his competitors. Robert is very personable and straight forward in his manner. We began with a few text messages to arrange for a time he could look at the work to be done. I sent him a picture of the existing water heater layout and he was able to give me a quote based on what he saw. I had two other quotes and he was considerably lower than the other two. Overall, he was professional and his work reflects his professionalism. I would highly recommend Robert for any plumbing needs you may have.
