Lou Topia Hardwood Flooring

Lou did an awesome job on my floors! I'm renovating an old mill building that was built in 1890 and he refinished the original floors for me. They were pretty beat up and there were even sections that were painted but he sanded them down and they came out spectacularly. Lou was great to work with too. My project had countless delays and I kept having to push back the floor refinishing but he was very accommodating. Fair price, excellent results and a great guy to work with. Definitely recommend!

Great Service from Lou Topia Hardwood Flooring!! We had our living room, dining room and stairs sanded and refinished. We could not be happier with the quality of work done on our 1950s hard wood floors! They look like they are brand new. Not only was the quality of work great but the communication was outstanding. Lou was fantastic about getting me a quick appointment before my third son was born. He was easy to reach and was super flexible about the project. I'd hire him in a heartbeat again and plan on having him back in a year to do a buff of our entire first floor. Lou Topia Hardwood Flooring is well worth the expense.

Lou did a great job on some pretty rough Birch flooring. We had water stains as well as quite a bit of discoloration. Lou showed up on the day and time we had arraigned and got started right away. I had to leave for work and when I came home the floor was done with the first coat dry. I was very happy that there was no dust on any room and that they had put up plastic sheeting to keep pet hair and other airborne particles out of the room. Lou charged a fair price and was willing to work with out schedule. I will definitely hire him if I have other hardwood needs and would recommend him to friends and family. Thanks Lou!

Lou was great, very helpful and even worked sooner on my floors. We went through the house and he pointed out many things I would have never known, and afterwards the floors came out great, we have received many compliments on the floors.

Lou made sure I was happy with the floor. When there were obvious pet stains at the end of the first sanding/staining, Lou spent an extra day here to be sure that they were removed and I was pleased. Floors turned out great!
