Scott Silver was excellent. He came when he said he would to look over the job gave an honest appraisal, and was able to start the job very quickly. This is not a pleasant thing to have to do for a home owner, but Scott and his office staff were patient and got back to me very quickly when I had questions. Great communication! Scott and team were efficient, neat, and finished the job in three days I had an entire floor they had to do, plus one room downstairs. I highly recommend this company for any asbestos or mold jobs (I had both). One of the best experiences I have had in a very long time!

Let me first say that normally I do not write reviews; having said that, I hired Silver Environmental to get an estimate on removal of friable asbestos, Scott was super responsive and came to do the estimate around my extremely busy schedule. I had multiple estimates done, and he was by far the most fairly priced. Plus he offered great financing too, which was an unexpected bonus. They removed all the insulation in a day, and had it inspected the following day, and it passed state inspection. The guys left my basement cleaner than when they came in to do the work! Amazing work, and I've dealt with many contractors through the years, these guys are by far the best in my book. I would rehire them for any work I needed done.

They abated some asbestos for me. They did a great job and left the area clean and neat.

They gave us an estimate at $1,800.00 a day for labor. The job came in at $3,375.00. They said the job would probably run a day and a half. Labor $1,900.00 to remove asbestos from a few pipes (2 people), materials $650.00, disposal $425.00, state notification fee $100.00, 3rd party inspection $300.00. We questioned the labor, as it took less than 5 hours to complete the job. They did not care! You decide. We paid $3,375.00. for less than a five hour job for two people.

Great team, was highly responsive and easy to work with. Had to tear up a few old layers of asbestos tile from and old kitchen. They got it done in a day and worked nicely around our schedule.

We agreed on fixed price, but later on I found out that Inspection is not included and it is extra $400, so I called and eventually Scott told me that he knows someone who charges $250. When I got my bill from inspector it was $400. I called Scott and he told me that it has nothing to do with him and he can't help me....So if you deal with him ...get everything in writing.

They were prompt in responding. I reached out to two agencies for quotes and never heard back from the other one.

Very prof. Reasonable. Good work. Cleaned up everything when they finished. They went above and beyond in cleaning, washing and getting rid of every bit of mold. Above all, The owner was vy. honest, telling me I did not have any black mold. Basement even smelled clean. Would use them again for other projets.
