Description of Work: Work completed: Structural framing, window and skylight installation, and insulation. |Review: I would highly recommend Bob and his crew. This is the second time that Bob has done work at my home and I would continue to call on him in the future. He does very high quality work, supported by testaments from my town's inspectors, and is transparent in his dealings so you always know what the work is and entails and what is driving the cost estimates. That makes working with him worry free.

Description of Work: Replaced front portico from the roof structue down. Weather played a part so it took a little longer then expected but Bob and his men did a great job. Next they will move inside and tile a backsplash and follow up in the Spring to replace a back deck. We are happy with the work todate and would recomnend the company to others !

Description of Work: We had a new deck installed on the back of our house. It went great. Bob is a wonderful contractor. He always kept us informed and returned all of our phone calls very quickly. It was a pleasure working with Bob and if we have any other projects, Bob will be the first person we call.

Description of Work: We had our enclosed front porch and stairs redone. Bob was here when he said he would be. He was easy to work with. He really makes the effort to make sure you're happy with the finished product. We would certainly use his services again. In fact we recommended him to friends who needed some work done.

+ 2 moreI contacted Bob because many of our neighbors have used him for projects ranging from kitchen, basement and home remodels to window replacement, carpentry and masonry work. Everyone has raved about what a great job he does and what a great guy he is. Now we can say the same. The job went smoothly from start to finish. Bob does impecable work and has great ideas and suggestions. He pays attention to every detail. He built the most solid and beautiful deck that any of our friends, family and neighbors has ever seen. He came up with a great design for a privacy screen/wall that I wanted on the street side of our deck. He was very responsive the whole way through and did all of the leg work in terms of getting the permit, helping us select materials, and providing ideas when we weren't sure what would work for us. He paid attention to detail throughout the entire project, both with the structural work and the finish work. In addition, he was just a pleasure to deal with. I consider myself very cautious in terms of recommending contractors to other people, but I can recommend Bob without hesitation. We will hire him again and again.
Description of Work: Bob built us a beautiful, maintenance free deck (16X12) which is attached to our three season porch. The project included demolition of existing stairs and building of the deck and stairs with Azek decking and Trex railings, a street side privacy barrier (designed by Bob), and vinyl lattice and framwork around the entire bottom of the deck and stairs. Bob also built a wide door in the lattice underneath the deck. All materials and labor were included in the price, and all were purchased, transported and disposed of by Bob.
