Took them a while to get to my minor roof repair, but they charged less than estimate, so they are trustworthy.

I had a small repair to replace flashing and rubber boots on my vent stacks. Joe came out on a Saturday to give an estimate and because the weather was not going to cooperate during the week, he did the repair the same day. Very professional and I would highly recommend their services.

Joe DeMarco call me that day I went on homeAdvisor and mane an appointment to come and give me an estimate the next day. Joe showed up , looked at what was needed and gave me a very fair price , and asked if tomorrow would be alright, It was a small job and he said that He was finishing a job nearby in the earlier part of the day , and he could be here in the afternoon. I agreed and off he went . Joe showed up as arranged , the next day .and went up on the roof and found a couple of holes that I was not aware of, And within 1 1/2 hours He had repaired my roof by skillfully intergrating the new shingles in to m the existing roof pattern with the eye of a expert. Joe told me that he and a friend had opened the buisness a short time back , and they were committed to providing a good roof for a good price. AND HE DID JUST THAT. When I contacted him that the damage was worse than I first thought after a big storm, he came out sooner to fix the damage to prevent leakage from another rain storm.

Very prompt response... from the estimate to completion of asphalt roof repair was less than a week. Simon came the day after I called and completed the job with Joe within 2 days. Very respectful, competent and efficient.... they examined the entire roof at my request and made suggestions of possible repairs down the road, but said the roof was in good shape for now. I would definitely recommend this company and I would hire them again.

Joe DeMarco came out when he said, even fixed a shoddy piece of work by another contractor, and fixed the leak temporarily--enough to get us by, which was just what we needed. A very nice, personable guy, and a guy that knew his roofing inside out. Went into the attic, as we expected (the only one who did) and had the work done is about 1/2 hour. He only charged us 50.00 and when it is time to replace a whole dormer on the front of a two-story house, he will put the right one on and charge us what is much less than customary, for another roofer was going to charge us that much to do a "quick fix.". Nice guy to work with and will recommend him to anyone. UPDATE: Joe and his crew came out and put on a new roof on the dormer, and seem to do a great job. It hasn't rained yet, but we have a guarantee and do not expect any problems. He came when he said he would and they did what they should. Great company. Very fair price, less than half of what most of them charge.

Joe and Simon provided a prompt and thoroughly professional estimate for repair to an EPDM (rubberized) flat roof. Once we provided 50% of the quoted price, setting up a date was quick. Joe, Simon and one other technician arrived on time; their work was excellent and they advised me of a potential problem when they encountered it. I would very definitely use their services again (but hope that I won't need them!) and heartily recommend them to people in need of roofing solutions.
