There is NEVER a 'good' time to have plumbing issues but we were super happy to hear Mr. Rooter could send a plumber for same day service for our issue. Your plumber was very polite, helpful, careful of property, and knowledgeable. He also solved our sink issue in a very timely manner. We will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for future plumbing issues as your services have been shown to be most reliable, competitively priced, and performed in a timely manner.

as wonder as my experience was I was thinking that someone could find it very heartbreaking at todays prices for people on disability or retired on fixes income. But the service was great and done quickly.

Ryan was very professional and did a great job with my pipe inspection. I was very happy that Mr. Rooter could provide a couple options to solve my problem and gave me prices on the spot.

Prompt respond. Quick scheduling. The plumber (Sean) was courteous, 'and well knowledgeable, Sean was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it in the same service call. He was the best!

I had a leak in my water main coming into the house in my crawl space. I called 2 local firms without being able to have so one come help. Linda from Mr.Rooter called me back within 10 minutes and scheduled a plumber for the next morning.Brian arrived by 11am accessed the situation gave me an estimate and was able to repair the leak. Very professional, courteous and timely. I still have not heard from my local company ! Very nice to have water again. I will use them again.

I received a call instantly. They scheduled the repair the same day. Once they reviewed the problem, they gave me a quote and completed it within 2 hours and at the cost quoted. Stephen was helpful with pictures and explanations and cleaned up after he was done. I would recommend Mr. Rooter and Stephen to anyone.

Completed work then advised no warranty. Cost per hr or flat rate job outrageous.

Professional if a bit expensive

Professional but very pricey

Faucet broke in our home but other companies wouldn’t touch it because it is a mobile home. They came out and got the job done! I’ve been washing my dishes in the bathtub, I’ll never complain about being able to wash dishes in the sink again!
