Eric came to fix my leaking toilet and put a new shut-off valve on as the last one would not turn. He was very professional, neat and friendly. He was nice enough to suggest we look for coupon savings on line and he found one he used for me as a senior. I will be sure to call these folks should I ever need plumbing. The worker was to come between 12 and 4 and at 2:30 I got a call to let me know he was on his way.

Found out my problem almost immediately, efficient, really knows his stuff!

Work was done quickly and professionally. The price of the service was no better or worse than anywhere else. My only criticism is that when the plumber was not going to be on time by over an hour, I was not automatically contacted. I had to reach back out to the company myself to find out that he had been delayed.

all went well,tho I thought 338.00 for labor only on a bath sink fixture install a bit high.

The gentlemen who came out was prompt, curtious, informative and respectful of my home and belongings. Although I needed services they made the experience as pleasant as possible

The person who came to do the job was knowledgeable and friendly however, I thought the price to remove the toilet and replace a wax ring was extremely expensive.

Jeremy was awesome. He was very professional, very respectful, very knowledgeable and a very nice man. He did the job very quickly and extremely well. He stayed to make sure I was satisfied. The faucet he installed, as my old one was beyond repair, is a faucet of quality, looks very nice and works well. It is very important to me for me to say that Mr. Rooter was open where businesses every where in my area were closed because tomorrow is July 4th. I also am grateful for the supply company where he got my faucet from - because they were open too. Thank you everyone. I definitely would recommend Mr. Rooter and Jeremy. They and Customer Service are awesome!
