I was not impressed that he repaired my broken pipe inside the wall without opening up the access panel to check for leaks in the wall. I bowed to his expertise.

It was excellent - because the serviceman was in my area, he came over almost immediately, diagnosed the situation, and offered several solutions. I opted for a new faucet which he promptly offered to go purchase and install that afternoon. I was thrilled that within a matter of hours the problems was diagnosed and corrected!!

Nick, the plumber who was sent from Mr. Rooter, was amazing! He came on time, gave us an estimate (which was almost 200.00 MORE than he charged us!), worked quickly with quality work and even cleaned us any mess that was around. He was polite and more so knew his business well! Would recommend him to anyone. Great Experience!

Great service and availability. You may have to pay a little extra but sometimes that's worth it especially when you have a few inches of water in your basement during the storm of 2017 and they come within the hour!

The problem was a simple fix which was completed in a few minutes. I was impressed at how quickly I got the appointment and when the plumber was running late, I got a phone call letting me know when he would arrive. I would hire this company again.

Mr. Rooted returned my call promptly and set up an appointment within 24 hrs. Shaun arrived at the set time and evaluated my problem and advised me of the work at needed to be done and what it would cost. He did the work the same day and I was extremely pleased with his service. Every person I dealt with, especially Shaun, was very pleasant and very professional.

Mr Rooter provided honest, affordable and outstanding service for our sink leakage problem in the bathroom. He identified our problem promptly, as a corroded popup sink assembly.
