Great people, little pricey

Project; looking for leak in bathroom tub. was very professional and certainly did go out of his way to solve the problem. I definately would recommend them and call them again should any plumbing problems arise

I opened a Home Advisor account at 6:00 AM. By 10:00, I had a call from Mr Rooter Plumbing to install a water softener. At 11:00, A very professional Plumber was at the house and gave me a very reasonably estimate. At 3:00, He was done, cleaned up and even disposed of the old water softener, which I would have had to haul to the dump. I had spent weeks trying to get a plumber in town to do it with no luck. Great experience with Home Advisor and Mr Rooter. Thanks

Mr. Rooter answered my call promptly and with a friendly up-beat attitude. The service technician was on time, explained the work to be done, why it had to be done, and the cost. The work area was left very clean. I would most definitely call Mr. Rooter for my next project.

The problem with the hot water heater was disgnosed quickly, and the replacement water heater was installed the next day with all required code accessories.

I would recommend them.

Surveyed the potential problems thoroughly, spotted the correct problem and fixed it that day. Cleaned up well afterward. Easiest to communicate with on the telephone prior to scheduling appointment.
