Thank you to Keith who promptly called the first night I made the inquiry to Sandi who arranged everything to Eugene and Ryan who came out to repair leaking pipes on the water filtration system and replace the kitchen faucet on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule! They were very kind and professional. Eugene and Ryan did an amazing job. They had to cut out and replace brass fittings and pex piping, replace the shut-off valve and replace the kitchen faucet. They know what they re doing and make a great team! I am very pleased with the results! I consider it a blessing to have met them and done business with the wonderful people who are part of Mr. Rooter!

The plumber was professional, courteous and did a good job. However, it was unreasonably expensive. $550.00 to replace the cartridge in my shower faucet. The work took about 1 1/5 hours including about 40 minutes to go pick up the part. I was charged an additional $140.00 just because he did not have the part with him. My faucet is a very common Kohler faucet.

Estimated price was more than final price. Technician was great.

The company took our concerns seriously and had a plumber on our doorstep within five hours. The plumber was very kind and professional. Gave us great tips on how to reduce clogging before leaving.

I had a slow leak behind the bathroom wall and this was diagnosed quickly and repaired professionally. They called me back very quickly and were able to send someone out the next day. Very happy with their service.

Performed the work the next day after my first phone call, good quality for money. The only I did not rate their Customer Service with 5 starts: they promised to call me 30 minutes before the repair staff come in but did not. So I had the risk to miss the visit.

I needed a plumber for work in my mobile home (not as easy to find as you might think). Through HomeAdvisor, I received a callback within minutes, a plumber at my door a couple of hours later, and the project started a couple of hours after that. Some of the work was challenging, and all of the work was handled expertly and professionally. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to others, and I would use them again if/when needed.

These guys were very prompt at getting back to me. They had a man in the area the same day who came took a look at the project and fixed my washer connections. It was a great job done for a fair price. Hopefully you're lucky enough to get Shawn, his personality is "cool beans!"
