professional and efficent came in found the problem let us know the cost to fix the problem . The cost was reasonable so we proceeded and the job was done in time frame he had said.

Mark showed up the day I called him. He was courteous, did the job well and within the time frame he said it would take. He even cleaned the backed up basement sink for me! There were no hidden charges, and this company charged less than another company.

extremely over priced, no paperwork or product info left for water filter installed, no replacement filter instructions given, no warranty info provided.

Mr.Rooter was professional and prompt. Eric, the technician, did a wonderful job diagnosing and repairing the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend them for a project and intend to use them on future projects.

I read alot of reviews regarding Mr. Rooter franchises across the country and most were negative! However, the Mr. Rooter guys from Bow, NH are TOP Notch!! I barely clicked send on a quote request and my phone rang. Mr. Rooter was here within the hour. The tech Eric was polite, patient and professional. He was quick and honest about what he might find, gave a reasonable quote for repair and finished repair quickly! Thank you Eric and Mr. Rooter!!!

~ 2 men arrived on time and prepared. ~ Before starting we sat down and discussed what they would do and the cost. ~ We went down to the basement to view the pipes involved and they pointed out 3 other problems… (I dont go down there much) ~ they could fix them if I wished… oh, yeah, I wished. ~They answered all questions, explained the process, and worked steadily and well. ~ The cost was as we'd worked out beforehand. ~Main points: efficiency, pleasant manner, good work and reasonable cost
