cheap toilet, have to hold down lever for few seconds also truck showed up with this only one available in truck -wanted a better quality flush -also bath room floor plywood openings exposed around rear of new toilet....looks hideous -showed up an hour late

They winterized my place for the season!

They charged over 260.00 to replace a wax seal on the toilet. Cleaned tub drain for 112.00 Never did the faucet. Possible communication error. Supposed to fix outside faucet, rocking toilet and slow drain in tub.

Came on time, but didn't receive 30 minute arrival notice call.

This place charges by the job. The person replaced ONE small pipe and it cost me almost $400. I could have said no but I didn't. I will chalk it up to a lesson learned. I also did NOT like how they automatically were connected to me!! I like Home Advisor. This was my first DUD.

Seems expensive. But other plumbers were even higher.

Customer and maintenance services were very good and very professional. I did think almost prices were high but I was extremely satisfied with their response time and the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend them and us them again.

The service man Sean was excellent, knowledgeable and Courteous. They are a tad expensive and arrived a little late but I still highly recommend them and would use them again.

The problem was fixed and the service was great! We'd recommend them to others.
