I had a shower valve replaced which included enlarging the shower cut out and a new faceplate.. Paul was very competent and explained the solution and cost to me. Did I get value for money (?) it cost my $600 for supplies and labor. It was done expeditiously and neatly. I would hire them again.

Extremely expensive for such a small job. Copy of the bill furnished after payment had been made contained information never explained (he had left).

They contacted me very quickly after submitting my inquiry on servicemagic.com. They were willing to come out immediately. They gave me exact pricing up front before doing any of the work. The service man went above and beyond my expectations. He genuinly seemed like he wanted to provide the best experience possible and leave me in better condition than before my problem happened. I would recomend Mr. Plumber to anyone. And I recomend joining their member plan at the time of the service.

Service was good. Plumber was polite, personable individual and did the job efficiently. However, the prices for a simple job (unplug a toilet) are exorbitant. If I did not have a wife with a bad back who is also awaiting hip surgery I would not agree to pay such a price. If I have the same problem again I may just buy a new toilet - it would be cheaper. Also, although a price is quoted before the service is performed, if you do not choose to have the service performed there is a $54+ charge just for having the problem looked at. Get a local plumber or buy a new toilet.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing & Heating was fabulous. They came out immiediately, and worked above and beyond to help us remedy the problem (clogged sewer pipe) as quick as possible. They were extremely professional, and explained what they were doing every step of the way. They also did whatever they could to keep the cost as reasonable as possible. They work on weekends. They did a great job for me. I was very pleased. They were expensive, but I guess everyone. They are reputable.
