They were very professional and responsive. They were very good. I was very impressed with them so much so that I would never go back to the other company I had before because they had actually put in the holding tank for my house that was not the right size and that was why we had some problems. A lot of people in our neighborhood use them. When our well goes it is very expensive and to replace the pipe the whole cost was over $2000. They had told me that my pump was getting kind of end of life, but at that time I didn’t want to replace it because we had to spend so much money on fixing that system and it was working so I said I will just wait till it breaks. There was this one time we had come and we had shut off our water before we left. I came home and forgot and tried to put the water on and thought that the pump is gone. So I called them they came all the way over here. Then later on I remembered that that I had shut off the water and I went down and turned it on and sure enough it worked. So, I called immediately to tell them not to come, but they had already arrived and I felt really bad. They did not charge me to come out. They understood and I thought they didn’t have to do that. They could have charged me to make a trip out here but they didn’t. I was very impressed with that. They were very nice about it too. I said I was so sorry. They were great. They were wonderful about giving me different options to reduce my price. For example, he said that the tank I had was way too big for what I really needed and the last company sold me that tank. He said that I could absolutely get away with a smaller tank for less money and that is what I did. The guy explained to me very patiently why I didn’t need that size tank that was in there and that they had really put in the wrong tank and charged me more money than they should have. I thought that they were very great to give me the options and the price and they didn’t try to take advantage of me at all. Their price is very competitive. When the well goes it is usually once every 10 to 15 years, it is not something we have all the time, but if anybody had an issue with their well I highly recommend them. I wouldn’t use anybody else.
