I'm on this forum because I was only able to express my displeasure over our treatment to the receptionist.  Ms. Marlo Morrissey did secure a new tenant so I suppose she did do her primary job.  However, numerous phone calls and emails were not returned, and when they were it was with a tone of annoyance.  I firmly believe that despite being told the opposite, they didn't feel as though they were working on our behalf so therefore not beholden to answer our questions.  Simple correspondence was bungled to the point of extreme misunderstanding.  I am baffled that a realtor would not be able to handle simple lease agreements and associated documents.  I wouldn't trust them to watch my dog much less sell my home or represent me in any way.  Stay away.
