I am a real estate agent and I had called several contractors before hiring Nate. Only one other one even returned my call and he couldn't do it! Nate was very prompt in calling; was very accommodating; and checked out the issue right away. He made recommendations on getting the roof issue fixed to accommodate my seller. He was able to do the work very promptly and efficiently and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely put him on my list of contractors to call in the future. Thank you, Nate!

Nate was very professional, timely, and came in at a super great price. Don't let his low prices fool you, his quality of work is worth twice what he charges. He also is not pushy and trying to upsell like the other companies I received estimates from. I would highly recommend him for all of your roofing needs.

I had a section of my roof that had not had the proper flashing put in place that led to wood rot (thankfully rain water did not get in). Nate took a picture to show me the problem (it couldn't be seen from the ground), proposed a solution, fixed it, even painted, lastly took an after photo that looked simply great. I'm a woman, so I didn't really know what to think for sure; I showed the photos to my manager at the office who is very knowledgeable about home construction. He looked at Nate's before and after pictures and made an observation about flashing before I said anything, and he said 'after' looked great. Best of all, when I went to sell the house a few months later, the inspector, who was absolutely brutal, had no complaints about the roof! On a separate job, Nate also replaced all the house's soffit vents, one of the home inspector's complaints. Nate is a busy guy, but if your roof isn't leaking, I'd say he's definitely worth the wait. Price was reasonable.
