Mr Butler was able to meet me quickly and he was on time and very professional. My one and only complaint is that he was at my home for less than 15 minutes and charged a hefty fee. The fee included a letter that explained the purpose of his visit. Mr Butler is obviously qualified to provide a professional opinion on something I know nothing about, I just wasn t expecting to pay as much for 35-40 minutes of Mr Butler s time including driving to and from my home to his office and sending me a scripted email. Otherwise, I appreciate his help and I m overall glad I hired him.
