 + -1 moreThey do not stand behind their product!!! Ten years ago I bought a Backyard Adventure for over $10,000.00 for my childcare and was told that if we maintained it with them if there was any problem they would take care of it. Well since then I have had it tightened and stained through out the years, and have been charged service fees. I don't mind that, but when the slide cracks and falls off they will not fix it for free they want $2000.00. When I told the owner that I was disappointed in the fact THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND their product, I was told he would no longer do business with us. So they knowingly left 123 kids in danger of being hurt instead of doing the right thing. I had a different person do it and it is great1 IF I would buy another play set it will never be through backyard adventure or watch dog or whatever they call themselves now.
Description of Work: My slide fell off.

 + -1 moreFive years ago when we moved into our new home we were the only house out here. We had installed a Dog Watch System for the 2 dogs that we had at the time. Five years later the lot next door to us finally sold and construction begun. It became necessary to have the dog wire moved inward about 16and quot;. We set a time for the individual to come out and move the wire. The owner himself (John Simon) came out, on time and did a great job. I only have words of gratitude for the fine job John did. If I were to purchase a backyard slide/swing combo for my grand kids I see John Simon first!
Description of Work: This business also has the franchise for Dog Watch Invisible Fence. It's to this part of the operations that I wish to address my comments. The ownership and staff had to move the wire off my intended neighbors plot. The electrical wire was moved on to my property line and the system was totally checked-out.

 + -1 moreAll of the Backyard Adventures personnel were courteous and professional. They were on time in all of the scheduled appointments for the installation. The basketball hoop was installed properly and the installation personnel went out of their way to make the installation right. During the unpacking of the pole, the representative noticed that it had a crack in the base and contacted me immediately. He provided me an option of ordering a new post or using the one on display at the store as there were none of the model in inventory. I opted for the display and the hoop was finished on the day promised. They did the work in a fraction of the time it would have taken for me to do it.
Description of Work: I purchased basketball hoop and had it installed by Backyard Adventures.
