Aksarben ARS

I hired this company twice. The first time I explained clearly what I needed. To have a sink taken out that was installed in a difficult way (I explained). No problem. Agreed to their 48 service fee only to be told after waiting for the appointment that they couldn't touch it. Waste of time. Plumber was nice so called back once I got the sink out and new one mounted for a simple faucet install with disposal and dishwasher. All the pipes/fittings/parts were there. It's simply reconnecting. Set new appointment. They couldn' t tell me an approximate price which is ridiculous but set the appointment. Plumber comes in, I show him, he goes to his truck for a good 20 minutes comes back with his estimate. $583 to re-hook up faucets. Are you KIDDING? That was the best he could do . I paid the 49 service fee which is also ridiculous and sent him on his way. Called In-law plumbers and they were able to come out in 20 minutes, charge up-front time and materials and the entire job including switching out some pipes with new was 187.00. Beautify, certified licensed plumbing work. It was a fair price. Aksarben ARS should be ashamed of themselves trying to gouge the customer. I think the plumber took me for a desperate fool and was looking to make a complete scam. Aksarben ARS says they follow up on quality assurance but so far no response. No refund of the rip off fee and no apology for that matter. They are crooks.

They had to postpone by one day because of an emergancy and were kind enough to call and let me know so my whole afternoon wasn"t wasted.

Work was done properly and rapidly.

First time for this type of repair for me. I don't know how to rate value for money in this situation. The two workers were pleasant and professional. They made sure to clean the area thoroughly before leaving. Happy with the results.

Was able to quickly fix our clogged drain and charged us a very fair price

The good news is that my sink now drains. The bad news is that my wallet has also been drained! Nearly $400 for them to snake out a drain during regular business hours (not emergency hours). I know plumbers are expensive but, this seems excessive.

He gave me very good quotes for the services he suggested, but didn't pressure me for anything. I look forward to working with them in the future.

It was a simple fix done with in a couple of hours

We had been an Aksarben customer for more than 25 years. When our furnace and AC had to be replaced 5 years ago we changed companies because we had another very good company offer us a deal on new equipment that Aksarben compete with. When we were having water pressure issues we called them on Home Advisor’s recommendation and they delivered as they always have in the past. They are a first rate company that really cares about their customers. While we are happy with the company we went with for the new heating and air, their customer service is not quite as good as Aksarben. I would highly recommend Aksarben heating, air and plumbing services.

They gave me exactly what I wanted

Tyler, the plumber who came out, was very professional. He explained the estimate details, organized the work in the most efficient order- it involved 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 water heaters. He worked quickly and efficiently- no wasted time. I was amazed at how quickly he finished and thought the bill was entirely reasonable.

Complete understanding of what was needed for repair of the exterior faucet. Replaced a pipe in a very restricted spot under the deck. Added a new faucet also. Quick and courteous.
