A week after the tech was here, I called to find out about the ignitor, I was told they had located the part the day before and would be in next week. I called again, a week later, and was told they could not locate the part and I should get hold of a company that works on boilers to come out and fix it. I had been without heat for 2 weeks, the temps at night were getting into the upper 30's and lower 40's. They were expected to drop into the lower 30's that weekend. When were they planning to tell me that they could not find the part? I found one on line in less than 10 minutes, it turns out that the part was not bad. I had another company come out and find out that a diaphram needed adjusting. Once the new tech figured that out, it took about 2 minutes to get my boiler running.
Description of Work: My boiler quit working, in my house, I called them up and someone showed up within a couple of hours. He did not seem to know anymore than I did. He thought the ignitor was bad and would have to order one.
