Description of Work: Needed my furnace checked and water condensation pump cleaned or replaced and an idea of where I should put another vent in the basement (only have two and it needs more to warm it up) He came, checked the furnace and plugged in the condensation pump and left. Asked them to replace/fix the pump - they came back, replaced it, charged me for another visit. Still did not get advice on where the new vent/vents should be installed. The dispatch must not be letting the service worker know what needs to be done.
