I would never hire this company again. For $300 they put up a sign and then neglected the property. No newspaper ad. Nothing. When I showed up unexpectedly, I found that a back door of the house was completely open so the bedroom was full of leaves. There had been a mysterious leak in the kitchen that left a stain on the counter and floor (like the door, obviously had been like that for some time). We paid an additional $200-something to have the roof cleaned off (to prevent leaks, ironically) and mow the lawn. Manager, MT, told us the work had been done. It had not. The roof was filthy and the grass was thigh high. When Baldwin took over the house, it was in good condition, when we saw it a few months later, it was a wreck. There was little wonder why it had not rented yet. The Baldwin Company took $300 to do virtually nothing and took an additional $200+ to lie to us about work done. When confronted, MT said they would go ahead and clear the roof for free (but we had already PAID!)
