The technician, Ryan I think was his name, showed up prepared to get right to work. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He made short work of my issue and was done faster than I expected. I would recommend him and Roto rooter to anyone.

I immediately received a call from them after I posted and within two hours the service men were here and fixed the problem. They also found the outside clean out that several plumbers over a twenty-year period had been unable to find. Thank you Roto-Rooter!
