They were super-responsive, efficient while here, had the parts they needed, didn't gouge me, and super-friendly. I'm very pleased.

Same day service, others would take 3 to 4 days.

First, Dan came out and spoke with my tenant. He was supposed to communicate with my husband, but we had to call him after a few days to be told there was a leak. He said he would send a technician out to assess further. Why did it take two people to go out and tell us the same thing and charge us for both ($187)? We wanted them to replace the pipes and apply the $187 to the cost of the repair but we had to follow up with them several times to get an estimate. After receiving the estimate, we had questions and were told Dan would call us. We are still waiting after a week. We had to consult another company so we feel our money was wasted and should be reimbursed. They are NOT responsive to customers. We would like to have our money reimbursed! We are fair, but it is ridiculous for us to keep trying to track a company down for a response!

I think a little over priced for work done

I received a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Cole did an excellent repair job and cleaned up the mess afterwards. He was professional and quick in his work. Happy with the work and would hire Roto-Rooter again without hesitation.

Cole ran into a slight glitch with the old water service but quickly solved the problem.

They were very professional, knew what they were doing in diagnosing the problem.

If you have an immediate need for a plumber then they are the company to call. Their responsd time to do the job is excellent but they are very very expensive.

This was a small replacement of a hose bib, but Cole was personable and professional. Got the job done quickly. Would highly recommend.
