LOWE'S

The sales associate was EXTREMELY helpful. He listened carefully and attentively to my specific requirements so the
refrigerator would be the right size when it was delivered. He explained thoroughly that if I wanted it to fit flush against my cabinets that the cost would be increased. I thought that was very honest of him to explain the details to me.
The delivery was at the time and date that was scheduled and the men were very careful when they brought the refrigerator in
the house. It fit perfectly. I will shop at Lowes again when I need an appliance.

It was pretty frustrating. The price was reasonable. It was much less than we thought but we didn't price anything else. We were surprised it was that low. We contacted them for weeks because it was real wavy and he never came back. He was supposed to come back two times and he never showed. Nobody could speak English except for the supervisor and he was never there. They did replace plywood and things but nobody could communicate.

I spent about $1300. They are very good. They came out and gave us a good deal on it. They said that they were going to be here at a certain time and they were here. They said that it would take a few days to finish it and they did. There are some problems with the roofing materials that they put on and that is by the company that owns the tiles. So, they are going to come out when it gets warmer. They are going to take this roof off and put a new one on. They stand behind their work. The people that came out to do the job spoke Spanish and it was hard to understand, but their work was excellent.
