It went great! They took the time to explain everything that needed to be done so we would understand and went above and beyond work wise. Our trees look gorgeous and we feel safer knowing that our trees are healthy. A+ would recommend.

Nicholas was great from start to finish. He came out for an estimate and was very helpful in answering all our questions. When we scheduled the service he came out right on time and got 13 trees down in one day! More than I expected.

Wonderful! Element Arbor is licensed and insured. Nicholas is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He and his crew were punctual and courteous. They did an amazing job in light of the difficult placement of the trees. Removal and cleanup was also well done. The estimate was kept to and the final cost was fair. I highly recommend this company and will call on them again in the future.

Trees were cut/pruned, trimmings mulched and left for my use, and yard cleaned up in a timely manner! All at a reasonable cost.

It went Great, I had scheduled them for 2 days work at smoky mountain Meadows Campground in Bryson City. They showed up on time, they cut down a tree about 4 foot in diameter and trimmed the dead limbs out of about 15 trees. They worked hard and only stopped for a short lunch break. They cleaned the entire area. Nick is extremely professional and a great tree climber. The price was fair and I am extremely satisfied with the job they did. Trees are extremely important for the campground and I will use them again.

Nicholas does excellent work. His assessment and estimate were fair, he was prompt and professional, and he did the job when he said he would. He did leave a few branches behind but otherwise his clean up was first rate. We learned about him through our church, which just hired him for some long range work. My church friend interviewed several local arborists, Nad Element Arbor impressed them the most, by far. He is now OUR arborist

We left town for the winter, the job was done, pictures sent, invoice emailed and the check is in the mail.

The job was accomplished quickly and the final price was less than the original quote!

Element Arbor was professional and diligent. I was very pleased with the work and I felt their business practices were good -- the owner worked hard to make sure everything was right. They cleaned up all the yard debris from the cutting and chipped big branches and leaves right there. I chose to keep the mulch, but they were prepared to haul it off if desired. They listened carefully to what I wanted and carried it out accurately.

Element Arbor, Nick and Josh, are simply a pleasure to do business with. These young men are knowledgeable, dependable, conscientious, punctual, hardworking, clean cut young men. They enhanced our view in a way that was best for us and our trees. We HIGHLY recommend them. There isn't anything they can't do.

It was very easy to work with them and they were very patient with our questions. They were very knowledgable on the condition of the trees and got the job done in the time they said it would be done.

All phases of the work, from first meeting, estimate and completed work, we're professional and efficient. Nicholas and his crew showed up on time to begin the job and were finished in 6 1/2 hours later. Everything was completed as promised. During the project, Nicholas and his crew worked pretty much straight through. They took a short break midway to rehydrate and took turns eating lunch as the cleanup and peaking their equipment away after the trees were downed wnd cut into firewood lengths. There was no downtime waiting for someone to finish a task. As one used the saw to trim the logs and cut them to length, the other two would clear the small branches and stage them to run them through the chipper. They spread the wood chips in the areas I asked them to spread them. The saw operator helps load the firewood into he pickup and all three moved and stacked th firewood. To arch them dop the hire oak in pieces was looking at a well orchestrated team. I would certainly recommend Nicholas and his Elment Arbor team. I will be calling them for future work on the hemlocks that ar dying on the fingers of our woods.

Nicholas and his crew showed up on time and conducted themselves with skill and professionalism. They worked quickly with proper safety equipment and cleaned up superbly. I could not have been more pleased. In fact I scheduled additional tree work immediately.

It went great. They were there on time and got right to work. You could definitely tell they were experienced. They cleaned the site up after they were done. I am very pleased with their work.

We had Nick and his ElementArbor crew back because they did an amazing job removing trees from around our home last Fall. They carefully fell two big trees, without hitting our home and without hitting any trees in our neighbor's yard. Watching them made us realize how diligent they are - attention to detail more than I could have imagined, climbing and removing sections at a time, lowering limbs by rope, and perfect clean-up when finished. Perhaps it's most important to note that in another tree, our really big 100-year-old tulip poplar, Nick and crew focused on installing two steel bands to reinforce large branches hanging close to or over our home. This apparently is a fairly new method of installing reinforced cabling. We now rest a lot easier knowing the poplar branches are likely not going anywhere soon! We plan to have ElementArbor back each year to check all the trees (and there are a lot) on our property. We rank Nick and crew with A+++.

They showed up exactly on time. Even though they had mechanical troubles that day with the logging truck and the mulching machine breaking down, they still finished that day. With the mulcher broken they did leave a small pile of limbs on the sidewalk that they thought the city would pick up. I called the city twice and they did not come so I called these guys back and they came that day. I was very impressed with the speed of their work...they sinc well together and are so very pleasant during all the work. Can't say enough good stuff about this company!

On time, efficient, cleaned the entire area, and great to deal with.

They came out twice to get the whole job done. Our private bridge was deemed not strong enough to handle the large truck that was originally planned and sent. So smaller trucks were sent for the second visit for final tree dropping, chipping and clean up. Skid steers were sent both times. but we were only charged for one visit, despite me adding an additional tree to be cut down beyond the original request. Nick Johnson, the owner was easy to communicate with. He let us know he wanted our complete satisfaction. All the crew we spoke with were friendly and gave me no reason to worry about leaving for work during part of their stay even with teenagers left at home.

I had to leave for an hour or so while they cut down the tree. When I got back, the limbs and branches from the tree were completely cleaned up, the wood that I wanted them to leave for my neighbors was piled in one spot and everything looked neat. They were really great to work with.

Sometime before I was leaving for work one morning I heard a truck on our neighborhood road. Wondering what it was I looked out the window and saw a tree service truck backing into my neighbors driveway. My first thought was, it's not even 8 AM yet, these guys must be on the ball. When I was leaving for work, I stopped and talked to Nicholas (the owner) to see if they would have time when they were done with my neighbors trees to take out one for me. The answer was yes and we agreed on a price. When I got home that day the tree was gone and the yard clean. That evening Nicholas called me to make sure we were happy with their service. I wish everyone conducted their business with as much professionalism as Nicholas.
