He quoted us a price and we agreed on the service price and he had us flushing our problem down the drain within the hour! Highly recommended with great customer service! All I can say is WOW!! After water backed up through my downstairs toilet then spilled out of my cleanout like a geyser when removed, I expected the worst. Lloyd responded to my call within 10 mins and was at my door in about an hour as promised. He got right to work and worked hard to locate and clear the clog in less than an hour and a half for a very fair price. I especially appreciated his explanation of the process that helped me to understand what was done, which really put me at ease. I'd recommend Lloyd and Mainline Drains Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

I had two other companies in before I found Mainline Drains. The first plumber did not have the equipment to do the job. The second company wanted $1200-$2500. Mainline came within a few hours of my call. Lloyd completed the work and charged me a fraction of the other estimate. I am thrilled with the service level and skill of Mainline Drain. Lloyd is prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He worked to save us money by successfully trying a simple solution before moving to a more expensive fix. He meticulously cleaned up after himself. He also checked to make sure the sewer line blockage he had fixed wasn't the only problem, and consequently cleared a few slow drains. We couldn't possibly be more happy with his service!
