He was e excellent with all the equipment he needed to investigate and then compete the job. When he left, I knew everything I needed to know about why I was having the problem in my sewer line. I would have liked it to be a little less costly, but I did get a superior job and really quick response from him. If, needed, I will use them again.

I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday and Lloyd came over within an hour of my request. He was so professional and kind, gave me great advice and just really cared!! I would recommend him to anyone!! Super service!!! Thank you Lloyd!!!!

After calling his service around 4:30, Lloyd called me back after 5:15 on his way back to his shop,. He asked me some questions and said he was on his way to my residence. I had water leaking from the ceiling due to a jammed toilet. It was really a bad situation, as I could not run any water in the house, as it would just cause more leaking. The clog originated from the previous owners poor plumbing design when they finished out the basement. The house was not designed to have a bathroom in the basement. Lloyd showed up after hours and was able to diagnose where the clog was located. My house is 30 years old and really had some weird plumbing that was not installed correctly. Lloyd was able to overcome that obstacle. I found out Lloyd is a 3rd generation plumber and personally experienced that he is the epitome of customer service. He does not try to up sale you, he just gets things done. He listened to all my questions, and answered them thoroughly and provided my options. I found this company by Googling top plumbers in Charlotte, and he had a very high rating, with a lot of great reviews. Heâ  s a small business and not a conglomerate. His prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend Lloyd to get you out of your Jam (Pun intended). Lloydâ  s contact info is stored in my phone, and I will recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber. He also offers plumbing maintenance services which I will be contracting him about after I get my home repaired.

Lloyd, the owner provided a technical explanation why the drain was clogged and why other companies had a difficult time trying to clear the clog. Upon having a backed up water Sewer line that had dirty water coming into my both of my bath tubs the night before, I needed a plumber ASAP! Within seconds of putting my situation online and trying to get several quotes.... Lloyd (the Plumber) phoned me, gave a quote, and was on his way immediately. Upon arrival, he was thorough in his explanation of his assessment, and answered all questions without making me/the customer feel like I was bothering him. He did the work, exceeding the boundaries of my homes issues (insuring lines were clear to city Sewer lines.) He rechecked everything (again thoroughly and methodically - I have 3 Bathrooms and a sump pump) to insure I should have no repeated issues any time soon. Lloyd Clavey was the first person to respond to my call for help to Angi. Anyone who has had a stopped drain, with water flowing everywhere understands it is an emergency- big time. He was willing to come almost immediately but he allowed me time to research other contractors and then called again. He was very busy, but he set up a time which was convenient for me. He showed up equipped with whatever devices he might need. As he worked thoroughly and paying very close attention to what he was doing, he still had a lot of patience with me, allowing me to see the pictures of the inner works of what he was doing and explaining as he worked. He has a lot of pride in what he does and he does it exceptionally well. As for pricing, originally he only told me his service charge fee which becomes part of the total cost of the job done. Most people want to see the job before giving an estimate. However, reluctantly, he did provide me a **ball-park figure**. I asked him if it could possibly be less, once he had seen the job. I remember his remark. He said that he was an honest person. In the end, after doing a completely exemplary job, his price was less than the figure he had quoted me. Recently, I have had the pleasure of dealing with very competent, intelligent, nice people at very reasonable prices that I would recommend to anyone. Lloyd ranks at the top.
