After a year long process of trying to get my roof replacement approved through my insurance, and going through numerous companies, AAR got the job done! They were great to work. Very polite. They were timely. Showed up every time they said they would. Roof looks great. Highly recommend this roofing company.

All-American Roofing replaced our hail-damaged roof and made repairs to the guttering, siding, and interior ceilings. They also removed an inoperable chimney at no additional charge. The roofing crew was thorough and careful, and Jason came by during the work to check on their progress and to see if we had any questions or problems. All-American was here when the adjuster came, and we had no problems at any time with our insurance or otherwise. All-American will be roofing two more houses in our family

What can I say, but thank you All American Roofing and definitely JD the project manager that made this whole experience stress-free. I have never used my insurance before on my homeowners, but when I seen All American Roofing doing all the houses in the neighborhood from the hail storm that had just hit a few weeks earlier, I decided that I would have them to do an inspection to see if my roof would qualify. JD came out and did an inspection, took pictures of the damage and showed me that I had hail damage, so he put in my claim and had me a claim number and the adjusters name immediately. On the scheduled meeting day he met with my insurance adjuster and got everything paid for just like he said he would. Iâ m so thankful that I decided to contact All American Roofing. They have done multiple houses for my family and friends since they have done my roof. I definitely recommend them to anyone and will always use them in the future for other projects also because they do gutters, painting, and siding. I have no problem leaving them a five star review especially when they left me with the 50 year roof replacement warranty on my shingles and a 25 year workmanship warranty because they are GAF certified master elite roof contractors backed up by the largest shingle manufacturer in the world!

Outstanding company very reliable they did my mother and father s house for the insurance and they were sent thought about getting a new roof and new gutters and not having to pay anything out-of-pocket it s at their deductible very professional JD the project manager did everything you said he wouldn t get my parents a great warranty so I definitely recommend them to anyone they will take care of you🙌🏼🙌🏼

We worked with JD out of Hickory. He was really helpful with the insurance company and did a great job with our roof.

JD came out to our home and assessed our damage immediately and thoroughly after we made contact with him. Our damage came from a bad storm system that had moved through our local area and despite being in the middle of several other projects he was even able to come back and meet the adjustor on their schedule. JD is honestly the only reason we were able to get the roof covered as the insurance adjustor was not going to qualify us until JD got up on the roof and pointed out the specific damage caused by the storm. They were out immediately after the insurance company greenlighted us and his crew tore down and replaced our entire roof in a single day and cleaned up so well we couldn't even tell they were here. Highly recommend these guys and won't use anybody else moving forward!!

All American roofing has been absolutely amazing to work with. I have had a roof leak for a few months and my insurance company refused to accept a claim until all American came out and did an inspection and got a claim put in an approved immediately. They replaced the entire roof and it looks great. They were extremely professional and made this entire process so easy for my family and I. They also gave me a 50-year warranty on the shingles and a 25-year warranty on the workmanship. I recommend All American completely for any work that you may need done.

This company come highly recommended and had done numerous jobs in my neighborhood. It was quite a simple process really. They came out and did an inspection of my roof, called in the claim, met my insurance company out there and got a check wrote on the spot! After the amazing experience and the beautiful roof, I decided to let them do two more of my rental properties which were also paid through insurance. They did everything they said they would do! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and I will be using them in the future.
