 + -1 moreMany people in the area recommended Junior Collins to us. They were very friendly and helpful, provided us with a quote and showed up on time. The job was a bit more complex than they first thought, so they called more people out to work. At one point, we had 5 workers out here. The job was completed and all details attended to. In a week or so, we had an issue. They were prompt to return, and completely resolved our issues. They even assisted us with some repairs that were not exactly associated with the heat pump. Very good service; I would use them again.

Description of Work: I requested a service check for my 8 year old HVAC. I asked them to check what was causing an unusual noise. He checked and serviced the working components but said the noise was caused by the refrigerant line and was coming from inside the wall. We dropped the noise issue at that point.

 + -1 moreJunior Collins HVAC removed all of the old system in one day and installed the complete new system. After one week of continuous work the new system was installed. We have a 3,000 square foot home so this was in no means a small job. I was so very impressed with the professionalism, kindness, courtesy and respect they shared with us our home. They arrived and on task quickly. They knew what they were doing and their execelent reputation was proved to us time and again.
Description of Work: We hired them in 2007 to install a new heating and air system. It was a natural gas heating system and central air. That included all new duct work and had to remove an old wood/cool burning stove and old time oil heater. Our home was built in 1937 and had never been changed or modified since that time.
