Upstairs would not cool down with the unit on, called indoor mechanical and Robert and Josh came out within 24 hours. Did a lot of testing and looked everything over and turned out needed and entire new unit. Had a price same day and an appointment set. They were on time, professional, cleaned and made sure everything was running right and even checked to make sure the kids rooms had good air flow to keep them comfortable during these warm spring days in NC. Could not ask for a better outcome to a crappy situation that is going to happen eventually when you own a home. Indoor mechanical will be my go to for anything they offer.

I had such a great experience with Indoor Mechanical. I had to get my AC unit replaced along with all new duct work. The price was very reasonable and the work was done on time. They have great customer service, were honest, and hardworking. This was an expensive project but they helped to make it a little less painful. I recommend them to anyone who needs hvac repairs.

Extremely pleased with Indoor Mechanical Service. We had a complete tear out and new install on our house. Robert and his guys were professional, on time, hard working and very polite. They have exceeded our expectations and would recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

If I could give this company a hundred stars I would. They replaced our heat pump and complete HVAC system for a very reasonable price. The project was massive and took five days to complete but Robert, the owner, and his helpers are so pleasant and unobtrusive that it was not an ordeal to have them here for that long. If you are considering heating related projects and services, you would be foolish not to consider this fine company.

Quick, thorough and professional. We had Indoor Mechanical replace two heat pumps in our home. He gave us a detailed quote and didn't try to up sale us on the system. The install was done quickly and professionally. I will be using them for all future HVAC needs.

First time using Indoor Mechanical for HVAC work. I'm an out of state landlord that must rely on the integrity and honesty of local companies. The Quote for the product and installation was the best of 3 separate quotes.The communication from the initial contact through completion was excellent. The promptness and quality of work were both as promised. I have a tenant that is very helpful in evaluating any work done on the property for me. Indoor Mechanical Service got out here quicker than any other company could and they told me exactly what was wrong before they started fixing the issue. I would definitely recommend them.

Hard workers.

The work is top quality. My only complaint, (a function of trying to do things long-distance), is that work was promised at specific times, but then those times kept changing. In fairness, this is a small company that is trying to juggle a number of different projects. These guys went out of their way to bring window units while the install was happening. Robert explained everything they were doing so that I understood everything going on. Overall, a great group of people, and I will continue to call them for any HVAC needs. I highly recommend them.

They were good at working with our time frame and very knowledgable and explained all they were doing and all about product they were installing. Hard workers.

Robert was great to work with. He installed 2 new Nest thermostats that ended up being defective. He came back twice over a weekend after the original service call to trouble shoot, and eventually install Honeywell thermostats for us. We very much appreciate his service and his professionalism, and will absolutely use him again.

I am so glad that the owner of the company and his apprentice were there to complete the service. Having a knowledgeable decision maker of the business on site helped me to decide the need for further maintenance of my equipment and prices were negotiated right away. That helped me to make decisions that will ultimately add to the health of our family. Very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable!
