Rogerson's never showed up to do the repair work. 4 Season's Heating & Air came out within 45 mins after they were called. They charged me only $214 to replace bad fuses, bad contacts, (which he pointed out had been badly burnt for a long time) and had to clean the coil (something Rogerson's never stated needing done). After putting in 1.5 lbs of freon (not really low less than a month before according to Rogerson's) and performed ambient temp checks throughout my house and inspected and tested my thermostat. After 4 Seasons was finihed I informed him of the previous maintance check up ( I did not mention the company name) and he informed me he had been called out lately on several of the same type calls and the bulk were from customers of Rogerson's. I informed him then it was the same company and he asked me to please contact them and inform them of the shoddy work and hopefully if it was one bum tech making these calls they could replace him. I called the company and informed them and they stated they did appreciate the notice and would investigate.Upon looking at the repairs to my A/C over the past 2.5 years, I realized it wasn't just the one tech, but others in the company as well. No one in the company ever spent the time to find out why it was breaking down, just get it running, get paid and leave.
Description of Work: Serviceman showed up at lunch for a scheduled maintance check and duct repair. He spent about 15 mins looking at the A/C unit and put a little freon in the system. My complaints were the unit did not seem to cool properly and I had a duct at the vent that had come off and I had to cover it with plastic. He stated my unit was doing the best it could do and he did not go under homes, so I would need to call and schedule another tech to come out to fix the vent. The company rep told me the tech coming out would fix this, he stated the rep didn't know what he was talking about. This all took place approx one month before my unit quit. 4 Seasons Heating and Air came out after I had called Rogerson's several times over the course of 2-3 days with no show but plenty of promises to do so.
