Walter's Well, Pump & Tank Service

Walter replaced the pump that was in the well for 37 years. I got great water pressure now! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great to have him work the problem.

Walter takes the time to check the reality of the situation. Clearly his experience allows him to pick an appropriate initial corrective action. I suspect that Walter is also a good employer. In his absence Gilberto executed the job courteously, effectively and efficiently. In this case the result was a sufficient and satisfactory solution. - Outstanding!

Very timely in response to need for service. Took the appropriate steps in finding the cause of our well outage and was able to fix the problem in very good time and was not trying to make it a "sales job" by talking us into buying things we did not need. I woul dhighly recommend this comapany !!

They were here first thing in the morning, just as promised and had the job done, replacing both the well pump and tank in about 2.5 hours.

He was able to come within an hour and get it replaced and working better than it was done originally. We had a new submersible pump replaced from the old jet (above ground) pump and we have better pressure.

Called Walter at 12:15pm onSat. 4/7/2012 and he arrived at 1:45 pm to perform the repair.He had a onehourdrive to get to my house. This is a great response for Easter weekend. The repair was complete by 2:45pm.He also installed a new filter head that I had had not gotten around to doing myself. I had a total water loss from a well system and found Walter on Magic Maid. It was 11 pm on a Friday night, I sent Walter a message through the service magic website, and within 20 minutes he called and promised to be out by 8 am Saturday morning. Within 15 minutes he diagnosed the problem, fixed it and showed me the source of a greater underlying problem. Walter spent over an hour with me at my kitchen table and broke down the problem so I could understand it and quoted me an acceptable price for what needed to be done. This company takes advantage of online media formats and publishes videos of the process I needed. By the end of the day I was completely comfortable with the service commitment and will never use another company for any further issues.
