He came out in a hurry, put in a new pump, everything was great- he found the problem real fast and had the pump with him and everything.

Walter is a great business man. He showed up on time, repaired my well system, even did some extra valve replacement work at no extra charge. Fast and efficient. I would recommend his service ant day.

Walter ask for pictures of the well first to go with my description of the problem. Then gave me a verbal account of what he thought e=was wrong along with a quote as well as an alternative. Most companies just want your money, but he was very easy to talk to, with understanding of the problem and personal monetary difficulties. This was an excellent company to work with. He came to the house as soon as he received the call, without charging any fees. He reviewed my septic for no charge, while the other company stated they would charge $650 just to pull my pump up. The entire repair was complete and cleaned up within 24 hours, I have kept his contact info for any further needs!

Flat rate on the replacement of a pressure tank. No nickel and dime changes for pipes, etc. Great price, fast repair. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Walter is great. He was at my house when he said he'd be there. He fixed the problem quickly. He's my new well pump guy now.

Courteous and knowledgeable

Walter was the third company I contacted for an estimate, and his price was a little lower than the others. I had to wait a little longer, but I did not have an emergency situation, so that's not a problem. Overall, the work seems to be solid. I did mind that he had to return to open the valves all the way. For three days we could flush or wash our hands, but not both at the same time (and showers were out of the question). That's the sort of thing that should be checked before leaving the site.

Called me soon after request put in, stated he would be out the next day to look at and repair my pump. Was prompt , curtious, gave good advice, asked questions reguarding what my real need was and worked quickly. Total job done in 2.5 hours, including clean up. Also gave me advice the next day on why the hot water wasn't flowing ( had closed off line, needed to open valve). Would definitely recommend to friends , family and all others!

I called Walter and he would have come out the same day but I had to go to work, so he was here the next day and a few hours later everything and I mean everything was fixed. Get this, my next door neighbor had been having a problem with his setup, Walter and his assistant fixed that too!

i was anticipating a collapsed well or a burned out pump. The folks from Walter's quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed pressure switch . Had them replace 30 year old pressure tank and filter system while they were at it. Very efficient and professional.

I was very pleased with how prompt and professional Walter and his assistant was. He knew exactly what was wrong, what parts needed to be replaced, and made additional suggestions to improve my overall well function and he did it all without asking for an arm and a leg! I would highly recommend this business to anyone who has no idea how to care for a well or a well in need of repair.

Called Walter on Sun. evening when my well quit working. Walter rescheduled his Mon. workload and arrived around noon. In less than 15 minutes he had my problem corrected and I had water again. Pump control box which was only a couple year old was fried (possibly lightning) and replacement by Walter was one third of the amount charged by the previous contractor. Will use Walter again whenever I have water problems and will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs pump repair service.
