Walter's Well, Pump & Tank Service

Wlater came out right before it got dark to diagnose and correct one of my problems so I could have water that evening. He then came out the next day to complete the rest of the repair. Later that evening, he called to make sure everything was working. He was professional and courteous, and explained everything to me. I called on Friday and they were there on Saturday morning. They replaced the pressure tank and solved the "water hammer" noise and were in and out in just over an hour. Labor charges were very reasonable.

Walter's service is just what we needed. He called within just a few minutes of receiving my message, and listened patiently as I described the problem, then asked questions to help narrow it down. Because our pressure tank was failing, he changed his schedule for the next day to come and see us first. When he got here, he was just like the other testimonials described: calm, friendly, easy to talk to, very reasonable, and not at all pushy or in a hurry. He checked the tank and verified it was bad. He had diagnosed the problem correctly over the phone. He installed a new tank, checked everything out, and was on his way. He is our man now!

Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, smart, fast, reliable and willing to try to go the extra mile to help save the customer a little money. Walter installed a new pump and box and replaced galvanized pipe in my irrigation well. The pipe went bad every two years. Our water is slightly acid, and the pipe gets eaten away every two years. Walter persuaded me to use Schedule 80 pipe to save money and down time. Lack of water for only a few days can be catastrophic for people who operate plant nurseries, which I do.

Walter is a very professional individual and very easy to talk to. With his help my well problem has been solved. I have already been telling people about his service and if the need someone with his talents to please give him a call. I would say that he knows his biusiness. Your rating system stops with 5 Stars but he deserves more like 25 Stars
