Walter is great! Instead of coming out & charging us $100 to tell us someone had accidentally flipped the pump to off (yes, we were clueless) he talked my husband through finding it & never charged us at all. What a great guy! That would have been EASY money for him. Great guy!!!!

We would like to thank Mr Upchurch for his help on Christmas Eve. Our pump went out, and he came over on a holiday to replace our well pump. Not only did Walter fix the problem, but he patiently educated the homeowner.

Walter Upchurch was very prompt in calling us and when he found out we were without water he rearranged his schedule to arrive at our home first thing the next morning. He was very up front with cost when asked. His approach was to find the lowest cost solution to our problem. When given his bill I asked if he had made a mistake. His reply was "No - this covers the cost of materials and overhead exspenses". The bill was at least $100 less than expected. I would recommed Walter Upchurch to anyone.
