Very thorough. Checked every componant of the system. Fixed the immediate problem (clogged filter) and recommended future comprehensive fix. Very knowledgeable and pleasant individual.

On a Saturday night, my well pump quit working. I got in contact with Walter through Servicemagic. Walter came out to my place the next afternoon. A Sunday mind you. After a quick troubleshoot he had the repairs done within 15 minutes. And the cost was very reasonable. Very satisfied.

Came the same day I called. Very polite and did the work fast. He replaced my entire well system in two hours. I couldn't have asked for better service or a better price. He totally blew my husband away cause even though he was on vacation he took the time to troubleshoot our problem over the phone and my husband was able to do the repairs since it was a simple fix. Anyone else would have charged us a lot of money just to look at it when the whole time we were able to fix it ourselves. We are very grateful that he was not greedy. I give him 5/5 Stars on professionalism, time to complete job, cleanup, available equipment options, follow-up calls, and referral services. He had a great attitude and fully explained everything required to complete the job before he began work. The price he offered was half of some other contractors I had spoken with. He arrived on time (actually a little early � which was great!) He even called later that evening and the following day to make sure everything was working correctly. I would highly recommend Walter Upchurch if you need your well system repaired.

My electric bill quadrupled in January from an old Myres well pump with "non-metalic" fittings from the 80's that was cracked and not turning off. He inspected the tank, switch and investigated the pump and returned the same week with a new pump, new pvc pipe, and well spicket. I immediately saw my meter drop from 45 KWH a day to 9 KWH with the new pump. Would definitely recommend.
