Very professional customer service oriented. Verified problem solved before leaving.

We used the online service to request a quote. Mr Campbell called and came out to investigate our problem on a Saturday! He kept us updated on his arrival time. He was able to determine our problem was in the appliance and not in the plumbing. His service call fee was reasonable, certainly considering that it was a weekend and he had to travel about 50 miles to reach us. We were very happy with his services and will call him again if needed.

Tim was very professional and good at his job. Arrived on time and am very pleased with the results. The cost was very reasonable.

I've used Tim on a couple of projects and he's always responsive and prepared and completes the task. In fact, on both projects he's done for me, his actual cost ended up being lower than the initial quote.

Tim was excellent. He called almost immediately (within 5 minutes) after I submitted the project on here. Tim was already on a job site and said he'd stop by after about 90 minutes. He showed up right on schedule. Assessed the situation within 5 minutes and got the situation handled within 30 minutes. Tim also went out of his way to attempt to fix the problem at a lower cost. I would definitely recommend him and plan on using him in the future.

The plumbers toiled for two hours but were unable to clear my drain. they charged me $80 for trying. I cleared the drain using an inflatable ball.

He was prompt and solved the problem of the clogged drain. I would recommend him to others.

Tim contacted me within minutes of submitting the request on HomeAdvisor, had me explain the problem, provided an estimate, and I was able to immediately schedule an appt. He contacted me prior to the appt. as a reminder, and then contacted me when he was within a half hour of my house. He and his co-worker were very professional; they were very thorough and cleaned up when finished. Tim even went out of his way to fix a problem that I had failed to mention in our original discussions. The cost was also extremely reasonable.

Very reasonable for his work

He was very prompt to return my call on the 4th of July came out on time gave me an estimate and when w saw it was going to entail more work he told me up front. Cleaned up after he was finished. Would recommend him to my friends. He was very reasonable.

Tim is a professional who knows his trade well. He was trying to keep the price reasonable even when a "simple" job turned into a much more complex one. Prompt. Reliable. Explains. Nice person. He is my plumber now.

Tim went above and beyond what we expected. We had a problem with my home warranty company and Tim was very kind and patient in the matter. We also misplaced our receipt from him and he went out of his way to create another receipt for us and hand deliver it to me after work. That's great customer service!
