Tim called and talked to me about the work I needed done the night before. When he showed up he got right to work and cleared the blockage and explain what was going on. I felt he know what he was talking about and had the right tools for the job.

Tim came in just a few hours even though it was not an emergency. Charged me as quoted. Left work area clean. After trying to describe to me what the problem was in my crawl space, he went back down there to take pictures to make sure I understood. He was a real straight- talker and I appreciated his thoroughness, and effort to make sure I really understood the problem. Would hire him again.

Tim was great and very professional from beginning to end. Called back right away when I requested emergency plumbing service on a Sunday evening. Called me ahead of time to let me know when he was on his way with an ETA and showed up on time. Gave me a flat rate estimate to clear the sewer main line. He and Shaun were quick and efficient in troubleshooting the problem and figuring out the best way to attack it. Tim was meticulous in avoiding any mess / damage while they worked including laying down tarp and rags to avoid staining walls, floor etc. Made sure everything worked fine, tested the plumbing repeatedly before he declared victory. Tim even had Shaun install a replacement shower head for me at no extra charge. Very personable and we spent a few minutes chatting after they finished up. I would definitely hire Tim in the future if I have any plumbing needs.

Tim was the only person that was willing to come to my house on short notice, on a Sunday. He was amazingly personable and has a fantastic demeanor. We have waist high tile in our upstairs bath, he did everything he could to keep from damaging the tile and ended up going in to fix the leak through our closet. Anywhere he had to cut, he did it a little at a time to minimize any repairs to be done after. He was persistent in finding the leak (Water was coming through our ceiling downstairs) and when one thing wouldn't work he would move right on to the next, not stopping until it was fixed. His prices are very reasonable. I wish there were more stars to give to him because unlike others, every question I asked he had no hesitation letting me know the answer. I am a very satisfied client and will be recommending him to anyone I know that has a plumbing issue.

Tim was very kind, professional and knowledgeable of how to correct my drainage issue. He ensured all lines were draining properly and offered helpful advise of how to maintain the lines to keep them free of obstructions to keep the lines flowing freely.

Don't hire them because they don't know what the are doing. I also had to pay them for fixing something that they didn't even fix. Save your money and choose another company.
