Needed a couple tub drains unclogged and Tim was prompt, polite, and effective. Drains run perfectly now, will definitely be calling again for any future plumbing needs.

Timothy was honest, kind and just real. I felt like I was talking with my brother whom I could trust when deciiding on how to handle the issue. He was here when he said he’d be. He did what he promised. He treated me like he cared.

It turned out that the only problem in re-lighting the water heater was correctly following directions in the manual. Five minute later, it was done. For that he charged me $160.00. I'd been trying to unclog a toilet for 2 weeks. Asked him to look at it. Yes, I had a plunger and a toilet auger. One attempt with the plunger and it was fixed. Had I tried one more time I could have saved myself the added $100 he charged. And said he didn't accept credit cards. Since I didn't have cash, we had to drive to the bank. He didn't give me a receipt then--or the next 5 days.And I kept asking. I wonder if this is the same Tim Campbell others praised, or if he sent out an impostor. But he made excuses when I phoned him at the listed number, which means it is Tim Campbell. Maybe he thinks it's fun to take advantage of little, white-haired ladies.

Tim has performed work for us twice in the last week. He was courteous and professional. Working to unclog drains on his first visit, he worked quickly and was very mindful of cleaning up in the master bath where he performed his work. We were very pleased with his work. He honored his initial quote despite having to do just a bit more to get the job done completely. Having proved his knowledge and orofessionalism on the job, we called him again when our main drain line experienced a severe failure. He quickly responded and remedied a challenging septic line break within a few hours. All at a very fair price for the job - under the initially estimated price. I highly recommend Tim's work!

Tim responded quickly to my request for a quote and provided several scenarios and prices. He scheduled me for later that day, called to let me know he was one the way, and showed up on time. He was polite and professional and went about trying to clear the blockage, eventually using a 50 foot power auger to resolve the problem. Tim tested everything twice before completing his work. He protected the area with a heavy duty pad and cleaned up everything thoroughly when finished. I was completely satisfied and told Tim he would be my first call if any other plumbing problems arise. He was prompt as I received a call from him within 10 min of explaining the problem on Angie's List. He was attentive to finding what the problem was and explaining the best option to fixing it . He was very professional and efficient. His prices are more than reasonable and fair. I would recommend his services to everyone.
