 + -1 moreWe had three realtors come out to provide an estimate of the selling price for our home for our relocation company. Melissa was heads and shoulders above the others. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market. We were able to list with her with great confidence. We had several offers within just a matter of days and she was able to help us negotiate and decide on the best offer. Now in the inspection and repair phase and again she has been amazing. She is very responsive to any phone calls or emails and have contractor and repairmen that she is able to recommend. You truly feel like she is working for you and has your best interest in mind. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling the in the Triangle area.
