Description of Work: A very large tree, from our neighbor's yard, fell onto our home and deck. The deck, yard and fence were destroyed by the tree. CCF/Christian came to our home and gave us an estimate for removal almost immediately. They were on time and thorough. After receiving estimates from four companies we chose CCF. They work was done quickly and most importantly to me the cleanup was impeccable! CCF did such a great job that the neighbor had the other section of the double trunk tree that fell dropped on her side too. We both highly recommend CCF

Description of Work: Removed dead 60+ft White Oak from back yard and ground out stump. Removed all debris from property. | |We live on a small lot in a sub-division. The tree removed was from the back yard, in a tight space (near property line with neighbor, and near a lot of landscaping work we had invested a significant amount of money in- retaining walls, patio, fence, playset, shrubs, trees, etc). CCF used ropes and rigging to take down the limbs and trunk, and hand carried every piece of the tree off my property after cutting it down (used dolly on large logs from trunk of tree). The owner of CCF climbed and cut down my tree, and two crew members helped him remove the tree from my property. The limbs were chipped on the street in front of my house, and the logs were put on the street then dumped into a CCF truck. The only piece of machinery that was used on my property was the stump grinder. Entire job (cleanup and all) took approx 6-7 hrs. | |Bottom line was that CCF was outstanding. I was concerned about having the tree removed because I did not want my yard, or my neighbor's yard damaged in any way. I got estimates from 3 companies. I was confident in all 3 companies in how they would cut the tree down without negatively impacting my property or landscaping, but the others wanted to use a mini skid steer to remove the tree after being cut down. I was concerned that process would tear up my grass/turf. CCF said they would take it out by hand. I was EXTREMELY happy with their work. There was almost no trace that they were there (other than not having a huge oak in my back yard). | |The price from CCF was higher than the other two companies I spoke two, but CCF's price was competitive, especially considering the extra labor they were providing in taking the tree out by hand (vs using mini skid steer). | |The owner of the company was very professional, and was very attentive to the details. He made sure he and his crew were safe, and he treated my property as if it were his own. Very impressed. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to hire CCF again in the future.
