Chris got here on time and was a real pleasure to work with, Chris did what he said he would do and cleaned up after himself.Chris explained how he was going to do every thing, and then did it. Chris and his helper got here a little before 9:00AM and did notleave until 9:00PM.

Working with Christian and his team was terrific. He provided great feedback and recommendations, and performed all of the tasks he agreed to do on time and for a fair price. They transformed our backyard, and I look forward to working with them again in the future on outstanding projects.

First, I felf very comfortable with Christian. After I recovered from the shock of the cost, I felt very comfortable that we were doing the right thing. We have a very small yard and several of the trees were a threat to our home and our neighbors property. One tree alone was almost half of the cost of removing the TEN trees. This one was more expensive because he had to take it down with great accuracy to avoid damaging other trees and our neighbors' property. Its not like we could just go out there with a chain saw and hope for the best. We had to talk to three of our neighbors about the impact of the removal to their properties during the removal - that's how small our yard is and the potential impacts that made the work more expensive. I know that this is a lot of money, BUT, there was a very tight space to work in and around and several of the trees were very tall and in poor health. Christian did the job within his expected time frame. He was neat in the work. He was considerate and professional with me and my teen daughters who were home during the day and watching from the house. It is the end result that is dramatic. There is no sign we ever had those trees. He dropped the trees EXACTLY as he intended. We have a completely different backyard - a blank canvas that is more beautiful than I ever could have hoped for. He not only cleaned up the remnants of his work, he took away years of accumulated leaves and yard waste. He ground down all of our stumps and spread the chips as mulch. He even left wood for us to cut up for firewood. In the "these things DO happen department" there was minor damage to a neighbor's fence and driveway. He fixed the fence and handled the damage with our neighbor expertly. He even threw in some pruning to neaten things up. In one tree he pruned around a birds nest - we discovered the baby birdies this morning. He managed to trim around their next without disturbing the mom. Amazing and the complete job was well worth what we paid.

They were great and did a fabulous job. They were very good at communicating. So far the guy has done everything he said he would do. I haven’t gotten the bill yet. I would use them again.

They were fabulous. The communication was timely. The project was scheduled within two weeks. I had trouble up to this point to secure anyone to come out and do the work. The owner came out to do this project. He was very friendly and cleaned up everything extremely well. He set up everything quickly, worked efficiently, and was very professional. He gave suggestions for continued maintenance of our property, which was very welcome as we have a rather large property.

Overrall, my experience with Christian was top notch.

I was looking for a tree service on Angie's list. I decided to look down the list to companies with fewer reviews and this one caught my eye. The review sounded great and the price seemed wonderful. We called and talked to Will. He came out within the next day or two and gave us an estimate and took his time answering my questions. As promised, Will came out on the day scheduled and did a great job removing the trees and even did a few extra things that we saw as we were working in the yard. In addition, one of the neighbors asked him to remove a dead tree in his yard. He was an efficient, kind, hard worker. He answered many questions about the plants and shrubs in my yard (when to trim, how to treat for disease). I was highly impressed with him, his equipment, and his attention to detail. He cleaned up the yard, sidewalk and street before leaving so the neighbors were happy too!

There is no story to tell other than the work was not done because of problems with our trees that needed to be treated. This is a company that I would definately recommend to friends and family because of the honesty and integrity shown to us during his visit and assessment.

The project went very well. Christian Etheridge was very prompt in responding to our request and providing an estimate. He and his crew were there on the day scheduled and completed the work in fine fashion. As promised, they cleaned up and made it look like they had never been there. I would definitely use them again and do highly recommend them.

The price was great, they were on time, fast, and did a great job. It was the first time I'd had stumps ground, so I didn't know what to expect, but it turned out way better than my expectations, so I feel like they did an exceptional job. I was very pleased overall. I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

I purchased 2 coupons before reading the fine print about only one coupon per property. But CCF Tree removal tried to honor the rate as close as they could to give me a good deal. They came out as planned and did a great job with cleaning up the debris and using the chipper over my embankment as requested. They had to come back to remove the pine tree due to my neighbor's car being parked too close by the tree. They rescheduled for the following Wednesday and again did a terrific job cleaning up and removing the tree without any damage to either house. They even chipped up some other branches left from a recent clean up and storm. I will recommend Christian and this company to my neighbors and friends.

I had Christian out for a quote about 3 weeks ago. His quote was very competitive, but he was the selling point. I set a removal date with him for May 15th. He called me the day before to confirm his arrival time and was here with his crew on time. Although we never talked about using a bucket truck in his quote, Christian felt it would better suit the job and would cause less impact on the surrounding area and retaining wall. I was so impressed with their work I recommended him to someone else before they were even finished. They cleaned up after themselves and left my yard the same way they found it (minus the trees of course). You may find someone a little cheaper (doubt it) but I doubt you will ever find better quality work. Great Job to him and his crew.

I just had Will and his crew at Raleigh Tree Service remove 4 huge oak trees from my backyard. The reason I chose to go with Raleigh Tree Service was mainly price and professionalism. His repution is good too. I had 5 quotes. Three of the quotes were from services listed here. Two of them quoted a price almost 3 times as high! After dealing with Will I would recommend him highly. He was everything I wanted and more. The work was performed on time; completed ahead of schedule and the cleanup was amazing. The trees were removed in under two days. They took great care to protect my home. The way the crane was used to lift each pice wood made me feel safe. Will is skilled, responsive, a good communicator and seems very interested in doing a great job. Would highly recommend. I've already told two of my friends about them. Will hire them again!

I rate the service excellent and we do plan on using CCF in the future for the backyard.

In 25 years of using various tree services, CCF is by far the most outstanding. Christian Etheridge is very professional. He immediately responded to my call, he was punctual, payed incredible attention to detail, and when the job was complete, left the entire yard immaculate. Most importantly, his pricing was the most reasonable that I've found. I highly recommend his services.
