Christian came by this previous Saturday to provide an estimate on removing and trimming several large trees. He called before the appointment to confirm and let us know that he was running about 15 minutes behind schedule. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. In addition to discussing the trees we wanted trimmed, he assessed a tree in the back that appeared to have some damage on the lower part of the trunk. He confirmed that the tree needed to be removed and took the measurements to determine if a crane was needed and that there was adequate room for the crane. In the end we decided to go with another company due to the cost.

They did a wonder full job, they were here most of the day. They gave me a $500 credit since i was a Angie list member

Unfortunately it was too long ago for me to remember all the details. However they were very punctual and professional. They also explained what they were doing and was very friendly.

Normal tree and shrub trimming, however good thing I was there as I needed holly trees trimmed way down and although they had shaped them, they had committed to cutting height in half. They proceeded to take care of that and did the rest of the trimming as agreed. There was some confusion about the final price due to the wording of the offer, and Christian was very responsive in taking into consideration that the wording contributed to the misunderstanding of the offer, and came up with a very workable compromise. Yes, I would definitely use them again.

They came on 07/02/13 to start but because of the rain they started today and when I left for work at 12:30pm,they had already removed #5 large pine trees and all the rements were picked up all the mess. Yes,they still have some work to do but Will figured 3 days and the job should be done.

Will and his staff did an excellent job removed the trees. One tree was a 100ft gum tree which required removal in pieces with a crane. They actually came ahead of schedule, and took out 3 additional trees. They were safe and professional and cleaned up the yard after they removed the tree. I would highly recommend their business and will use them again in the future.

Will and his crew were very professional and friendly. The service was done perfectly as promised and you couldn't even tell they had been there after they left despite having to park a crane truck in the driveway and yard.

They arrived on time for the appointment for the estimate. They spent a great deal of time with us and went over everything we wanted. It did take a couple of phone calls to get the estimate but they were very apologetic and let us know what happened. Unfortunately, their estimate was too high for our budget at this time.

It was fantastic. They showed up with a crane. They managed to get the tree out and haul it way in 3 hours. It was about a 150ft pine tree.

Will and his crew are very professional and efficient. the only drawback is since he is so good his backlog of work means he takes awhile to get to you. This was fine in my case as it was not a crisis or anything like a tree landing on my house in which case I am sure he prioritizes. I can hardily recommend them.

They turned out fine. They did exactly what was asked of them to do. The service was fabulous. They did a great job. They came in and did what they were asked to do. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It was an all-around great job. And Christian, the guy who owns the place is very personable and very knowledgeable. I think I need to be calling them again soon.

Christian did an excellent job in removing a large Poplar Tree that had fallen into the back yard and grinding the stump. He then cleaned up the area. All around, a great job at a reasonable price. Will definitely use again.

Christian and his crew did an excellent job! They removed the trees with a crane (which was very entertaining for my 4 year old daughter!) and were extra careful not to do any damage to my recently sodded lawn. I appreciated the fact that he gave us options, like bracing and saving one tree instead of automatically defaulting to cutting it down. At the end of every day they blew off my driveway/walkways and raked the yard. On the last day they even blew off the roof and swept the street of debris/dust so that it didn't spread to my neighbor's yards. Those little touches really made a difference! Every one of the crew was polite and professional and I highly recommend them! Now I feel like we have beautiful, healthy oaks left in our yard and our children are safe playing outside.

Christian Ethridge came out to our house as scheduled and arrived on time. He sized-up the situation very quickly. The dead tree that was over 75 feet tall and loomed over our house needed to be removed immediately. Christian showed specifically where advanced rot in the trunk of the dead tree was located that made the tree unsafe. Christian fully documented the condition of the tree, it's location, and need for felling in his quote. He was quite thorough. I agreed to his quote and he expedited the felling of the tree within a day. Since the tree was in a natural area, it was left where felled in order to maintain the integrity of the natural area. This by my request.

They were easy to get a hold of and were able to give an estimate in a quick manor. They had a lot of flexibility in their schedules. We ended up not going with them due to extra costs for the project.

Chris is great. He came to do my estimate and saw the size of the job (he offered to do it immediately). Couldn't be happier and would recommend highly.

Upon receiving the contract, we had additional questions and also decided not to cut all the trees originally discussed. Will sent me an email saying we may not be a 'good fit' mainly because he was now booked through November and we were not cutting as many trees. We did have a difficult time making a final decision which probably led to the booking problem. We think Will is knowledgeable about trees and felt he would have done a good job. We were unhappy about the way he ended the process - especially his unwillingness to work with us. We exchanged the BIG DEAL for another company.

Will showed up when he was scheduled, provided the estimate that we considered to be reasonable, especially considering the one tree that he was going to have to take out. We live on a very busy road in Cary, and not a lot of access to our back yard. Also there is no parking on this road for long periods of time, this just added to the complexity of the job. But on the day of the job, Will had everything organized/staged in order to be able to have his equipment ready. He brought in the boom that was needed for the job since the tree was against our deck and house. Will and his workers worked with a great amount of skill, professionalism and organization. Also Will agreed to work with a friend who wanted the logs from the large tree, even though this turned out to take more time than first thought. We greatly appreciated his patience with this job and going out of his way to accommodate the request. I would not hesitate to recommend Will and his company to anyone wanting tree service.

I originally found Will through the Angie's List Big Deal and I decided to call to receive a quote prior to ordering. Will came out at our arranged time and one of the first things he did was give me his brochure and insurance information which put me at ease because he wanted to talk safety and liability prior to the project and cost. Tree removal is definitely something that you do not think will cost as much as it does but it is better to leave it to the pros (especially when you can drop one on the house). I liked that Will is onsite during all of his jobs rather than sending his crew to ensure that the work is done correct the first time. Because of the popularity of the Big Deal there was a 5 week lead-time on our project and an additional two weeks were added due to inclement weather and equipment troubles which is understandable. Once it was our turn Will made sure to call and arrange for a time to come out. When they showed up I walked him around the yard to survey the hazards that they should avoid and off they went. I appreciate the care to ensure that the yard receives minimal damage from the equipment. Other than matted grass you couldn't tell where they drove their equipment. The trees near the fence required the crew to climb and remove it in sections to avoid any damage. I am very happy with the work that Will provided will call for a price quote again (I hope that I am done removing trees from our yard).

We had no problems whatsoever with Will ( the owner). I would use this company again in a heartbeat. He has the knowledge and the proper equipment to do the job properly. Very pleased..

Work went very well. Pine trees right next to the house had long limbs overhanging the house. The workers climbed those tress and dropped the limbs. All limbs and tress were ground up with the chipper, one stump was ground up, and and they left the yard looking as if no one had done any cutting at all.
